New bars, clubs and new holiday spots on Hamptons

The regulations know that Hamptons is more than one place to hit the beach and get rid of the pool for hours. Summero summer, the eastern peak of Long Island is transformed into a hot social place, a place to collect the world’s elite, let it be lost and have a very fabulous beverage somewhere fabulous. There are, of course, Hamptonites spots return year after year: East Hampton Point in Springs for Wild Brunches, Surf Lodge in Montuk for World Class Music and Stephen Talkhouse in Amagans for a cover group. But every season, newcomers bring fresh pleasure of surprise to the social scene. Here is our list of the most skintable new points to see and see at Hamptons this summer. See you there!

Pomodoro and Bufalina Pizza in Crazy Pizza Hotspot. Francesco Sapienza

If you think that Pizza Crazy, owned by Heidi Klum and its former partner, Flavio Broiat, is just another pepperon chain, think again. Restaurants offer a full dance party, complete with a rolled DJ hits, servers swinging pizza dough in the air, and dinners dancing in their chairs between courses. The concept launched in 2019 in Europe, with positions displayed in exclusive wine donations such as Porto Cervo, Italy; Ibiza, Spain; and St-Trotëz. After his US debut at NYC last year, the chain has now landed in the Hamptons. The space, inserted into the former -o from the Kissaki space, is sophisticated. Think: The walls of high glossy mill work and retro-gllamy-beach furniture with beach. In the Spanish courtyard, guests can dinner under the lights of the string and between the evergreen. East Hampton’s exclusives include white pizza with Volzhenka caviar. A DJ will rotate on Thursday, Friday and Saturdays, with unexpected pop-up performances all summer long. Montauk project

The Montauk project opened halfway last summer as a holiday oasis for the locals and the summer crowd alike. It is a place where you can dance to a fabulous guy all night without moving from the crowds or cutting a well -worked cocktail without an endless line. Even aesthetics-6,200 square meters is decorated in wood, wicker, stone and plants-alike a private island. For his full season this summer, the Montauk Project, which quickly became known for his craft pizza and fresh salads made only from local ingredients, has added a full full -up grass with seafood, and has also doubled his cocktail offers. They expect live music almost every night from acoustic spiritual shows to wild, high-energy DJs. Montauk Project, 240 Fort Pond Road, Montauk

Sage and Madison

Sage & Madison, a cafe and boutique lifestyle in a barbar in Sag Harbor, has long been the place to see and see. The store sells local foods, French and coffee teas, gifts and exclusive lines of stylist clothes. Julianne Moore, Martha Stewart, Beyoncé, Jerry Seinfeld, Harrison Ford and even Ralph Lauren have all been noticed by shopping there. This summer, the store is debuting in a new garden space that will host dinners and soireés (Martha Stewart and Rachel Zoe have been entertained separately there before it was officially open. Vibe is the secret party-Garden and full entertainment. There will be only guest stores, charity events and even healthy baths, reserved for the most fashionable Hamptons. Wölffer’s assets will secure the whole Boza, and trust us, it will flow. Sage and Madison, 31 Madison St., Sag Harbor

When Gosman’s-a family restaurant, family and retail center in Montuk that has been in business since 1951-Doli on sale a few years ago, no one knew what would happen to historical property. But the mystery is finally over: Bagatelle, a French group of Lower Restaurants and Beach Clubs across the globe, will begin his first Hamptons post in June. The signature restaurant will serve for its famous foods-that-turn-in-parties crazy. Think: light Mediterranean tariff (including fresh fish caught that morning) and many leaking drinks. There will also be a bar of fishermen made of recovered wood (for many cozy cabin vibes) and a new data bank, where dinners can sit immediately in the water and watch the sunset. The bird in Montauk hosts a Speakey event called “The Birhouse” every Saturday evening between 9 afternoon and 12am. Ian Cooke / Bird

Many Hamptons visitors think of Zog, a restaurant in Montaks, like the final destination of lunch: a place to satisfy in a stack of pancakes led by bacon blocking, or a soft scrambled egg sandwich, or even a round of Martini Jell-o. But the real underwear knows that on Saturday nights, the lock returns to the bird’s house – a noisy verb. The softenings began at the end of last summer when Leo Daunt, the restaurant owner, gave business cards to friends and family with QR codes that discovered a password. “We always made it a deceitful name of birds,” he explains. One week was a blue -legged needle. Another week, Falcon Peregrine. This summer, Speakeasy will steal to open every Saturday evening from May to October. Visitors with the eastward -themed password will be put down a dark alley in a space lit by candles and purple lighting. Bobby Murray, a star of the country’s growing music, will be in Mike. And a completely new cocktail menu, inspired by the era of ban, will debut. “Think French 75, Sazeracs, Gin Rickeys,” Dount says. “It’s a vibe completely different than the day.” Bird’s House in Bird, 47 S. Elmwood Ave., Montauk
