Comedian Jon Stewart was torn in President Trump to say that children will have to get fewer toys and pencils during his commercial war – showing the president’s abundant surroundings.
The Daily Show host joked that he was planning to get his 11-year-old niece about 20 or 30 dolls to bring himself peace while trying to avoid work on the strategy of the “flood-flood” media.
“You can’t set a price on this, it gives me a great comfort,” stewart withdrew during the Monday show.
He then played a clip from Trump’s interview “Meet the press” with Kristen Welker, when the president said, “I don’t think a beautiful girl who is 11 should have 30 dolls.”
The late night comedian joked about the scenarios mocking in which his granddaughter desperately wanted dozens of dolls, or 250 pencils no. 2, another amount Trump has called.
But he clashed the president to argue that Americans must live the style of the simplest life to spend the trade war as he has filled his living space with rich gold decorations, including his former Trump tower and Oval office.
Stewart withdrew to the idea that Trump should tell Americans how much dolls to buy for their children, joking about his granddaughter that “you don’t know what it needs! It has gone so much this year!”
He also enjoyed Trump for calling an 11 -year -old an “baby girl”.
“How many dolls would you get? What is the right number of dolls to get a beautiful 11-year-old girl, Mr. President?” Stewart continued.
He played another clip from the Trump interview, in which the president said, “I think they can have three dolls or four dolls.”
“Judah is not just so many dolls! Of course, she may have a small tea party with her, but her dream had been a return to the quasi-realistic dolls,” Stewart said sarcastically. “That’s what she wanted, but well! Bound! I will simply tell her that the President of the United States said no.”
The Daily Show’s host has withdrawn that his granddaughter has interests other than dolls, such as taking standardized tests, and he would like to give it about 250 pencils No. 2 as a gift, adding that “she will go crazy. She will love her.”
But in a clip from his interview “Meet the Press”, Trump said: “They don’t need to have 250 pencils. They may have five.”
“Mother – er! How dares?” Stewart shouted.
He came after Trump last week destroyed concerns about his big tariffs in China, making controversial comments during a cabinet meeting that “maybe children will have two dolls instead of 30.”
